The Cap*Rock Wine Club's mission is to help individuals develop a greater appreciation of wine while learning in fun and entertaining surroundings. Our focus is to provide a balance between informative programs that teach about wine, including meeting fellow wine drinkers, and having a great time! We encourage all ages to be involved, from the first-time wine drinker to the most experienced wine connoisseur, because everyone can explore new wines and new tastes each time.

We will teach you to differentiate between the different varieties of grapes and to develop the ability to pair wine with your meals.

You will enjoy the Cap*Rock Wine Club while developing your palette for wines and building camaraderie among other wine drinkers!

Sipango, 7:00-9:00PM Come find your Valentine and disco the night away at one of Dallas' premier nightspots.  You'll have fun dancing, tasting new wines and eating creative Italian cuisine while enjoying the camaraderie of fellow wine drinkers. Winemaker Dinners and Chordonnay Component Tasting Join Kim McPherson, winemaker, and other member of the CapRock Wine Club for dinner at some of Dallas' finest and most exciting restaurants. You'll enjoy fabulous meals that are exquisitely paired with CapRock wines.  Winemaker dinners will be held during the following months:  October and March. We are excited to offer you a new addition to the Wine Club, a Chardonnay Component Wine Tasting that will occur during the month of May.  Kim McPherson will utilize his creativity with his Chardonnay, while successfully inventing numerous new flavors and aromas in order to educate the group. The winemaker dinners and component tasting are additional costs and will be limited to wine club members.
