This wine was aged in a mixture of new & used oak for over 6 months. It will mellow in the bottle over the next several years.

Coffee & Vanilla dominate the nose of the wine. Red fruits come to the forefront on the palate. It finishes with tart cherry & perhaps a hint of West Texas dust. It has solid tannins.
