Sweet Tempranillo 2011
Sweet Tempranillo 2011
An old technique on a Tempranillo with a Texas Twist
750 ml Bottle
The ancient Romans pioneered wine making. One technique they used was to pile handpicked grapes in an urn until the weight crushed the grapes at the bottom & started fermentation. The rest of the grapes fermented inside their skins until they were finished & broke open. These wines showed bright fruit flavors of raspberry, cherry & banana tradition. This sweet Tempranillo was made in the ancient fashion, but in stainless steel tanks. The result is a fruity & sweet wine that tastes great lightly chilled by itself or with food.
