■ September: Unusual red wines. Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir are great wines but they’ll try some less common reds. They will range from sweeter wines like Brachetto d’aqui to big dry wines like Petite Sirah.
■ October: Wild game and wine pairings. Dove and quail and other game paired with wine.
Pricing will change for October $65 per person/$110 per couple
■ November: Thanksgiving pairings. Few meals carry as much pressure as Thanksgiving with the family. Whose recipes should you use? What subjects are off limits? What wine should you serve? Anderson said, “I can’t do anything about the first two, but I can definitely help with the pairing. We’ll try different wines with samples of traditional Thanksgiving food and come up with some perfect options.”
■ December: Dessert wines. “What would be the point of having a Cordon Bleu-trained pastry chef is we didn’t feature her amazing desserts with dessert wines?”
