Our facility at Cap*Rock is pretty enough that we have some event, ranging from parties, to weddings, to art shows virtually every week. Cap*Rock Winery is available to rent Monday through Saturday 5:00pm to 10:00pm and Sundays 12:00am to 10:00pm
-Additional Hour- $150.00 per hour
Additional Hour(s) must be scheduled and paid for when the facility is booked and the deposit is paid. You can not add additional hours the day of your event or after the contract has been signed.
-Wedding Rehearsal - $100
-This includes the facility for 1 hour. Wine is not included.
Rehearsals are subject to facility availability and no date or time is promised until the deposit for the wedding has been received.
-11 Foot HD Projection Screen- $150.00
The screen can be used for slideshows, satellite TV, and movies.
Event Rules and Regulations
- 1. Three rooms are included in the Facility Rental price: Barrel Room, Tasting Room, Patio Area.
- 2. Rental fees cover the 2-hour and 4-hour slots listed above, complimentary wine, and Cap*Rock staff to pour wine.
- 3. Chardonnay, blush, and your choice of either merlot or cabernet will be served at all events.
- 4. Wine will only be poured between the hours paid for, with last call 15 minutes prior to the end of the rental time.
- 5. A 50% deposit is required to hold a date; all deposits are non-refundable upon cancellation. Reservations are NOT guaranteed until receipt of deposit.
- 6. The remaining balance of the rental fee is due 14 days prior to the date of the function unless other arrangements have been made with the winery manager.
- 7. Wedding photographs after hours is $125.00. There is no charge for wedding photographs taken during regular business hours.
- 8. You are responsible for catering, decorations, non-alcoholic beverages, etc., for the event. Cap*Rock supplies only the facility, wine, and bartenders unless all inclusive package is purchased.
- 9. ABSOLUTELY NO other alcohol is allowed in the winery. Only Cap*Rock wine may be consumed.
- 10. No alcohol will be served to or consumed by any person under 21 years of age. The bar will be closed immediately if the winery staff observes guests that appear intoxicated.
- 11. All Bonded areas of the Winery are off limits to the public or must be accompanied by Cap*Rock personnel.
- 12. Please do not arrive before 12:00 to set-up. Be advised that business hours are until 5:00 and take precedence over set-up time. Other set up arrangements may be made with the Winery Manager.
- 13. Absolutely NO SMOKING anywhere inside the building is permitted.
- 14. Weddings booked at Cap*Rock Winery DO NOT include extra time and/or days for the wedding rehearsal. Separate arrangements for a rehearsal must be made with a winery manager.
- 15. Decorations are welcome, however no confetti, rice, or glitter of any kind is allowed. Birdseed may be used outside of the winery.
- 16. Cap*Rock Winery would prefer food not to be served on the carpeted areas in the tasting room.
- 17. All functions are given one hour for tear down and clean up. The winery must be cleaned, parking lot cleared, and the winery gates secured by these times. For example, if your event is from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. your guests are required to leave by 10:15 p.m. and the facility must be locked by 11:00 p.m.
- 18. Any damages to the winery or its property will be the financial responsibility of the event representative.
- 19. A check for $200.00 is required when the event is booked. This is a REFUNDABLE deposit that will be returned to you if your event abides by all of the event rules and regulations. Any breach of the rules and regulations will forfeit the $200.00 deposit.
