First Wine Club Party A Big Success

Speakers during the first Wine Club party included James Neel, Al Biernat's chef, Jim Farr, Vice President of Public Relations for Stanley Korshak and Kim McPherson, Cap*Rock Winemaker.

As the wine club members arrived at Stanley Korshak, entertainment was provided by "Holiday Cheer", Christmas Carolers dressed in elegant Victorian costumes. Stanley Korshak was decorated beautifully for the holidays. As members shopped throught the store, they were served delicious CAP*ROCK SPARKLING WINE. Stanley Korshak graciously offered a 20% discount to all members, which certainly encouraged early shopping. Once the bells were rung, members ventured upstairs to the women's couture department where the meeting was held. The first speaker was Al Biernat's chef, James Neel, who spoke of ooking for the holidays, and also provided a recipe for a fabulous pumpkin cheesecake. Jim Farr, Vice President of Public Relations Stanley Korshak, suggested creative and exciting gift ideas for the holidays. Kim McPherson, winemaker, conducted a wine tasting of Cap*Rock's Royale Series: DIAMOND, CABERNET, TOPAZ and GARNET ROYALE. He spoke how the wines are blended ad suggested specific dishes that compliment the wines.
